Campus Debate and Forensics

Debate

Competitive debate is a research, speaking, and argumentation activity. Students develop their abilities through inter-scholastic competition. The resolution changes yearly, and this year's resolution was regarding the development and exploration of the earth's oceans.

Forensics

Competitive speech and drama. Students can find their niche in either public speaking or acting activities. Their skills are built through tournament competition and practice hours.

Both Debate and Forensics allow students to prepare for college,

compete for awards and scholarships, and develop their strengths in all academic areas.
